In the near future, a revolutionary new psychotherapy treatment called PT has been invented. Through a device called the “DC Mini” it is able to act as a “dream detective” to enter into people’s dreams and explore their unconscious thoughts. Before the government can pass a bill authorizing the use of such advanced psychiatric technology, one of the prototypes is stolen, sending the research facility into an uproar. In the wrong hands, the potential misuse of the device could be devastating, allowing the user to completely annihilate a dreamer’s personality while they are asleep. Renowned scientist, Dr. Atsuko Chiba, enters the dream world under her exotic alter-ego, code name “PAPRIKA,” in an attempt to discover who is behind the plot to undermine the new invention.

87 years since the day when mankind first immigrated into space colony along the orbit of Earth, militarism had etched into the corrupting Federal government, once victorious in the One-year War, 7 years ago. In response to this situation, an initially anti-earth collision, A.E.U.G., started its moves. It is Universal Century 0087 - seven years since the end of the One Year War. The Earth Federation has formed an elite special operation unit named the Titans, whose main objective is to hunt down renegade Zeon supporters and anti-Federation insurgents. However, the Titans soon begin to commit atrocities far worse than the past acts of the Principality of Zeon, and the Anti-Earth Union Group (AEUG) is formed to put a stop to them. One day, a small AEUG team sneaks aboard the space colony Side 7 in order to steal its new Gundam Mk. II, and leaves with Kamille Bidan, a Newtype ally. Their set goal will be the attack on the Titans’ Earth headquarters at Jaburo, but can they succeed or are they playing right into the Titans’ trap?
